Spend time with us to learn more about Alpha Kappa Lambda and of the brothers in the fraternity.
This gives us the opportunity to get to know you.
Bid Night
On this night Alpha Kappa Lambda hands out invitations to all those that we want to join our fraternity.
This is an exciting event because it is our personal invitation to you.
Bid cards are handed out to individuals that we see a bright future in Alpha Kappa Lambda and guys that we would like to get to know better.
Bids are given out Thursday night of rush week.
Pledge ship
The Saturday of rush week you will go through Inductions, which is our introductory ceremony.
The pledge process is a 6-week process in which you learn everything there is to our fraternity.
You will attend weekly classes to learn the history of our fraternity and how it is run.
As a class you will be required to organize many different events
You will also get to participate in mixers, fraternity events and most excitingly Walk-out.
This gives us a chance to get to know you even better.
Over the course of the 6 weeks you have to pass a mid vote and a final vote.
After final vote you are ritualized into Alpha Kappa Lambda and become a full brother of the fraternity.
